How do I order your products?

In what currency are your prices?
By using currency converter tool, customers can choose to display product prices in U.S. or Canadian funds. There is also an option to pay for products either in U.S. or Canadian funds at the order checkout page.
Can I order reports by part?
Most reports cannot be purchased by parts, pages or chapters. However, some reports can be purchased by main chapters only. Please send your specific request to customer service.
Am I required to place my order online?
No, we accept mail and fax orders. You can download
our order form for faxing or mailing.
However, to streamline the ordering process, we recommend
using our shopping cart.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS,
checks/cheques, money orders, or bank wire transfers.
Payment is required in full before your order can be processed.
What happens after I place an order?
Once you submit your order, an invoice and payment details
will be sent to the e-mail address (or fax) you supplied when
ordering. It is very important that you
provide a valid e-mail address when placing your order.
How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed on the day received (excepting weekends).
Many of our products are available via e-mail for prompt electronic
delivery. See delivery options for more information about physical media products.
Because each order must go through a verification process,
Electronics.ca does not offer immediate download of products.
I haven't received my report via e-mail by the end
of the business day. What should I do?
- Make sure you supplied a valid e-mail address when submitting
your order.

Check any spam filters that you have installed. It is possible
that your e-mail was snagged by an errant spam filter.
If you have not received your report within 24 hours, please contact us.
Delays: Electronics.ca is not responsible
for delays in delivery due to causes beyond its control, including
those attributable to Internet problems, accidents, labour
disputes, suppliers, etc. If for some reason you are unable
to receive your report, we will deliver a soft copy on CD-ROM.
How can I get a receipt for my purchase?
Once your order has been processed, Electronics.ca will send
you an order/status confirmation and sales receipt via email. If you have placed your order online and wish to print your invoice or sales receipt, please access your account.
