| Description | UV Craftory was established to develop, manufacture and market Ultraviolet Light Emitting Diode, using the latest research achievements on AlGaN compound semiconductor epitaxial growth technology that was developed at Meijo University. In March 2007, we acquired all technical assets related to Nitride semiconductor development from Osaka Gas who conducted several years of collaborative research with Meijo University. To develop new materials leading to innovative results, deep and thorough scientific knowledge is not enough. It is also essential to have a frontier spirit, and to have no fear of challenging the unknown - as well as a fair share of serendipity. |
