Description	Advanced Wireless Semiconductor Company [AWSC] is a GaAs HBT and pHEMT/IPD Pure Foundry Service Company. We utilize 1) the most-cost effective mainstream GaAs manufacturing process technology 2) optimal process equipment, device layout and material structures for both wireless and optoelectronic communication applications. Our goal is to provide the best quality and on-time delivery GaAs HBT/pHEMT/IPD Foundry Services and will further extend these technologies into GaAs Solar Cell business. AWSC offers the high reliable InGaP/GaAs HBT process for both power amplifier (PA) and gain block (GB) circuit designs. We also offer the high performance GaAs pHEMT process for both switch (SW) and low noise amplifier (LNA) circuit designs. Our transistors have been proven with a MTBF of more than one million hours. We ensure the good process control monitor (PCM) and high wafer probe yield to satisfy our customer's performance and yield requirements.
