DVD-34C begins with an introduction to the key elements in solder paste printing: the circuit board, stencil, solder paste and squeegee and describes how each element affects the printing process. This DVD also discusses automatic and semiautomatic stencil printers, focusing on what the operator needs to understand to set up and monitor all aspects of the printing operation and concludes with a description of general operator maintenance, emphasizing safety and proper clean-up. Includes Leader's Guide, Transcript, Test and Answer Key. Certificates of completion are also included for students who pass the Training Certification Exam. Time: 28 minutes.
