How to Order Order Online
Ordering online will ensure you have your product in the shortest possible time. Our online store, ELECTRONICS.CA, is open for business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There’s no need to create an account first. You’ll do that while placing your first order online.
Go ahead and add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, and then submit the order. Online ordering process is very easy to use, automated and secure. You will also receive an order/status confirmation and sales receipt via email.
Using our shopping cart, you can also generate your invoice for off-line payment by check/cheque, wire transfer, or a credit card. After your order is placed, you can log-in to your account and print your invoice.

Payment Methods Credit Cards
Visa, MasterCard and Amex are accepted through Electronics.ca secure site and on-line credit card payment processor, Moneris Solutions, owned by the Royal Bank of Canada and the Bank of Montreal. All cardholder information is captured and protected by Moneris. Please note that ELECTRONICS.CA will appear on your credit card statement.

We accept checks, money orders, or bank drafts denominated in U.S. or Canadian funds.
Payment is required in full before your order can be processed.
Pricing and Availability By using our store currency converter tool, located on each product page to your right, you can choose to display product prices in U.S. or Canadian dollars. There is also an option to pay for products either in U.S. or Canadian funds at the order checkout page.

Return Policy Due to the easily transferable nature of the value of information products, we maintain a strict “no return” policy. All research reports are well described at Electronics.ca to give the viewer a complete picture of the contents of the report, based on extensive descriptions of chapters and subchapters and list s of tables and figures.
Most of our training videos, DVDs and interactive CD-ROMs have free demos over the web. Whenever possible, please preview training products before ordering.

When Will my Order Arrive? Most orders are processed on the day received (excepting weekends). Many of our products are available via e-mail for prompt electronic delivery. See delivery options below for more information about physical media products.

Delivery Options When ordering products from Electronics.ca Publications, you have the option of receiving the products electronically or on physical media.
Electronically: If you would like to receive our products electronically via e-mail, please select the appropriate electronic format available for the publication when you place your order. You must also provide a valid email address in order to receive the document electronically.
Physical media: By default, CD-ROMs, DVDs and Hard Copies are shipped by UPS anywhere in North America. Delivery time is 2-4 days within USA and Canada. All overseas packages are shipped either by FedEx or Global Priority Mail. Delivery time is 2-5 business days.
Rush Orders Most orders are processed on the same day received (excepting weekends). Many of our products are available via e-mail for prompt electronic delivery. To avoid any unnecessary delays, we strongly recommend placing your order online.
However, at any time you may request express shipping for physical media products. Simply enter your request in the comment box provided by our shopping cart feature, or indicate your desire for rush delivery on our order form. Rush orders are processed by Electronics.ca promptly, and then shipped by FedEX, DHL, or UPS for overnight delivery. Please provide your courier name and account number in the comment field of the shopping cart, or in the ordering form.
Delays: Please note: Due to time zone differences and the country of destination, next-day delivery may be impossible. Sometimes delivery is only feasible within 2 days.
Electronics.ca is not responsible for delays in delivery due to causes beyond its control, including those attributable to internet blackouts, corporate spam filters, accidents, labour disputes, etc. We reserve the right to cancel any order, or any unfulfilled portion thereon without penalty or liability, if delivery cannot be made as specified.
Shipping Rates When you place your order online, shipping charges (if any) will be automatically calculated for you. Customers are responsible for any and all Import Duties and/or Taxes due in the destination country at the time you receive your shipment.
