The MEMS Cost and Price Model is designed to easily calculate the manufacturing cost and selling price of most MEMS products. The model supports up to two MEMS die and up to two IC die in the same package with packaging and test costs. The model forward forecasts out to 2020. 100mm to 200mm wafer sizes are supported. Wafer fabrication, test and packaging costs are all covered. The price includes twelve months of upgrades with phone and email support. The model is delivered by email within a few hours of an order being received. Requires Microsoft Excel 2007 or higher to be installed on the user’s computer. A single user license allows one user on one computer.

The Model runs inside of Microsoft Excel and requires the user to have Excel 2007 or higher installed on their computer. The model does not run in any other "Excel compatible" programs.
Model Cost and How to Buy
A single user license for one person to install the model on one computer is $1,900. An enterprise license allowing an unlimited number of users at a company is $6,783. The model is delivered by email within a few hours of our receiving an order. The model cost includes twelve months of updates plus twelve months of reasonable levels of phone and email support. A Web Ex training session is available on request. Renewal costs at the end of twelve months are discounted 1/3 off the current prices.
