Product License. Terms of Use

You agree and represent that you are buying products only for your own internal use only, and not for resale or export.

Use of any item you purchase from Electronics.ca is governed by the license type that you choose. License types are explained below:

Single User License – this license allows use of information products for one user on one computer. A Single User License must be purchased for each computer the information product is installed on.

Multiple User Licenses – grants the rights of the Single User License for a particular number of users within the same location. For example, a 20 user license grants the rights for 20 Single User Licenses.

Site License – allows for unlimited simultaneous usage on every computer throughout one company facility or contiguous location only. Placing a site license on your company’s network is permitted as long as the network is limited to one physical site. Placing a site license on the Internet is not permitted.

Global Enterprise License – allows for unlimited simultaneous usage on every computer throughout all company facilities and locations worldwide. An Enterprise is defined as an organization that reports to the same business president or equivalent authority. Access of these files not permitted for persons unaffiliated with licensed company. Placing a global license on your company’s network is permitted. Placing a global license on the Internet is not permitted.
