Revision 1401 - updated float zone starting wafer pricing. Added 150mm - ON Semi - 400 volt - Greenbird IGBT process. Added Discrete - 200mm - Fairchild - 400 volt - IGBT process. Added Discrete - 200mm - Vishay - 60 volts Gen 2 Trench FET process. Fixed a bug in the Integrated Circuit wafer cost engine. Renamed Discrete 200mm - Farichild FET processes to UltraFET Trench. Added Discrete - 200mm - Infineon - 60 volt - OptiMOS Gen 2 in Fab 2 (Villach) process. Added Discrete - 200mm - Infineon - 40 volt - OptiMOS Gen 2 in Fab 2 (Villach) and Megafab (Regensburg) processes. Fixed a bug in the integrated - 200mm - 1.0um - TI process.

System Requirements

The Model runs inside of Microsoft Excel and requires the user to have Excel 2007 or higher installed on their computer. The model does not run in any other "Excel compatible" programs.

Model Cost and How to Buy

A single user license for one person to install the model on one computer is $1,800. An enterprise license allowing an unlimited number of users at a company is $6,120. The model is delivered by email within a few hours of our receiving an order. The model cost includes twelve months of updates plus twelve months of reasonable levels of phone and email support. A Web Ex training session is available on request. Renewal costs at the end of twelve months are discounted 1/3 off the current prices.
