The FPGA market is expected to jump up to $8.5 billion in 2020 at a CAGR of 8.1% from 2014-2020 due to the increasing use of field-programmable gate array in various application sectors such as medical, telecom, automotive etc. The new high-end applications have FPGA as their integral part; moreover the miniaturization is the main reason behind the growth of the process node technology.
